MURALs
In the 90’s I started painting murals with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. As a member of Metro Murals in Portland, Oregon, I worked with local arts activists in a legal battle against Clearchannel, who until then, made murals illegal for a loophole in their sign code. When we won, I painted the first public mural in years for SCRAP (School Community Reuse Action Project) still visible on North WIlliams street. Today I run a teen public art group at RAW and regularly paint murals on the North Shore, most notably the Carlton School mural in Salem. Contact me if you need a mural.

Paintings
These are personal works. I have had a lot of gallery shows in the past, but painting has always just been about painting. If you want to buy one of these let me know. If I still have it and you want to pay what it’s worth or do an equitable trade we can talk. Also open to commissions, serious inquiries only.
Illustration
I have done illustrations for Frayed Press, Ladybug Magazine, Philadelphia City Paper, The Portland Mercury, Hollister Publications and many others. Reach out for rates. I do black and white and color. I also do these things called posters and flyers if you need one of those.
Puppets
I have been doing puppet shows for 25 years. I started in my parent’s living room, joined the Spiral Q Puppet Theater and then created the Mudeye Puppet Company. I have done shows for kids about quests for kindly landfills and adult shows about my own struggles with mental illness. I’m looking for the next big puppet project here, especially with musicians.
Postal Art
Here’s how this works. You send me $50 and an address, and you get a hand painted envelope filled with art and surprises. I can also send it to another person, for a birthday or any occasion.
posters/flyers/cards
I love the look of the handmade promotional, whether it’s a xeroxed flyer for an art opening, a silkscreened poster for a puppet show or a gocco printed Christmas card for a friend. These works show a lot of fun events I have done over the years, and I am up for doing more. Anyone else remember Kinko’s at 2am?
